Micro E-mini Futures

Definition

Micro E-mini futures are scaled-down versions of E-mini index futures contracts offered by the CME Group, at one-tenth the size of their E-mini counterparts. Available for the S&P 500 (MES), NASDAQ 100 (MNQ), Dow (MYM), and Russell 2000 (M2K), they allow traders to participate in equity index futures with significantly lower capital requirements. They are ideal for newer traders learning to trade futures or for precise position sizing.
