Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Upon payment, you'll gain access to our exclusive proprietary materials and trading software. Please note all memberships, irrespective of duration, are non-refundable. The only exception is a 7-day risk-free period; you must contact us within 7 days from purchase to discuss your options. Additionally, your account must be in good standing. This means there should be no unresolved disputes, pending investigations, or violations of our Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with purchase, you consent to this policy.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Your billing cycle begins on the day of purchase, and you will be charged on this same day each month or year, depending on your chosen plan.
If you have applied a discount or coupon to your membership, it will expire upon cancellation. Any discounts with specific redemption periods will end according to the coupon terms. Once expired, you will be charged the full price for the next billing cycle if your membership renews.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription at any time:
Step 1: Sign into your Whop account -> https://whop.com/
Step 2: Visit the Hexgo Hub -> https://whop.com/hub/hexgo
Step 3: Click on the drop down menu at the top that says HEXGO
Step 4: Click Manage membership button.
Step 5: Look for HEXGO TRADING and click the manage button.
Step 6: Click cancel membership button. Select your reason and type a message, then click confirm cancellation button. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the remainder of any billing period after cancellation.

Refunds and Cancellations There are no refunds for memberships of any type.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are recurring until cancelled. To cancel visit our website and sign in/login to the User Account Dashboard and click “cancel subscription”. Any applied coupons or discounts will expire prior to or upon cancellation depending on the coupon terms. If a coupon/discount has a finite redemption period, at the end of the redemption period you will be charged the full price of the recurring subscription purchased on the following billing cycle. At the end of a free trial, you will be automatically charged for the purchased membership price. If you wish to cancel before the free trial ends, visit our website and sign in/login to the User Account Dashboard and click “cancel subscription”. Billing cycle starts the day of purchase.
